They’re your partner in the building process, guiding you through each and every stage, keeping you up to date about progress and keeping you informed about what’s happening when. From contract signing to pre-start, lock up and handover, we want to make sure your project runs as smoothly and as quickly as possible.

Each client liaison manager looks after a limited number of projects and clients tell us that dealing with the same person throughout the building process is invaluable.

At RiverStone, we positively invite questions from our clients about the design and construction of their new home and recognise that an individual design often means that changes can occur even after building work has started.

We also recognise that many of clients are time poor so our customer service is tailored to suit your needs, whether you just need a helping hand to make your selections at pre-start or need a full interior design and decorating service.

If you need us to, we can look after every detail, from choosing the fridge and ordering a custom-made sofa, to hanging your artwork and landscaping your garden. Our decorator’s unerring eye for detail means we can also help you get just the style you want, from classic Hamptons to timeless contemporary.

Our communication with you doesn’t end when we hand you the keys to your new home. Your client liaison manager will continue to be your first point of contact during the 12-month maintenance phase and the six-year construction warranty period.
