Even when we use new products and cutting-edge technology we do so knowing that we are working with companies that have proved themselves in their field.
We’re always on the look out for new and innovative products and ideas, but we will not compromise when it comes to knowing that their quality is guaranteed.
The same goes for our tradespeople. Skilled and experienced in what they do and proud to wear the RiverStone shirt, many have been with our family-run company since it started in 1995.
Our commitment to quality means we are deliberately picky when it comes to what we do and how we do it. While we will happily let our clients source many of the fittings for their new home, we insist on supplying electrical items such as downlights simply because we will not budge on quality where it matters.
Our supervisors are each assigned a small number of homes to look after during construction so that your project gets the attention it deserves, while our customer liaison team is always on hand to ensure you get the information you need, when you need it.
